| We support SIP and IAX2 protocols. |
| Which codecs do you support ? |
| We support G.729, ILBC and GSM codecs. (Please note that G.729 is not supported on all servers. Check Setup for more information.) |
| Do you pass the CallerID ? |
| No, CallerID is not passed. |
| How do I dial calls ? |
| All numbers must be dialled using the E.164 format with two leading zeros (00). |
| Does the same account allow simultaneous calls ? |
| Yes. We do however reserve 90 minutes worth of VoIP credit for each simultaneous call you make. You may keep making simultaneous calls as longs as you have a positive balance. |
| Which payment methods do you accept ? |

We accept credit card payments (VISA and Mastercard) and payments through Moneybookers.com. More information about payment methods for Portuguese customers is available here. |
| Do you store my credit card information ? |
| No, your credit card information is not stored by us. We only use it to securelly send the debit request to our bank. |
| Do you have any setup fees ? |
| No, we don't have any setup fees. The total amount of your purchases is available as VoIP credit. |
| Can I view my usage and remaining balance online ? |
| Yes, you can view your CDRs, balance and account information on the My account area. |
| Where are your servers hosted ? |

Our servers are hosted in Denmark and in Portugal. Please ping gw.euroiax.com to test our IP connectivity. Portuguese customers should always use our Portugese server gw-pt.euroiax.com. |
